Hi! It’s Musetta here!

I am a healthcare and medical aesthetic provider with a unique multidisciplinary background that bridges science, wellness, artistry, and patient-centered care. Born and raised in Taiwan, I moved to the United States in 2004 and began my professional journey as a musician and educator before discovering my passion for nursing and advanced healthcare practice.

I earned both my PhD in Nursing Science and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) training from the University of Washington, graduating in 2015. Since then, I have practiced across a variety of intensive care settings within internationally recognized healthcare systems in the greater Seattle area, building a strong foundation in critical care, evidence-based medicine, and compassionate patient care.

Driven by a deep interest in regenerative aesthetics, healthy aging, and integrative wellness, I expanded my expertise into medical aesthetics in 2020. I am deeply committed to continuous education and regularly pursue advanced training courses, workshops, and global educational opportunities to stay at the forefront of aesthetic medicine, injection techniques, skin health, regenerative therapies, and non-surgical rejuvenation technologies.

I firmly believe that beauty and wellness are deeply interconnected. My philosophy centers on a holistic approach that supports both internal health and external confidence. Through personalized care and thoughtful treatment planning, I strive to help every individual feel empowered, refreshed, and aligned with the best version of themselves.

Nicole Tjakralaksana, MS, RD

Nicole is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist dedicated to empowering adults to take charge of their health through effective nutrition strategies. With a master's degree in Gerontology, Nicole possesses a deep understanding of the aging process and nutrition's connection to longevity. Nicole has also completed a certificate of training in pediatric and adult obesity and weight management, equipping her to assist her clients not only in achieving weight loss, but also in maintaining weight over time. Nicole's mission is to provide personalized support and resources that enable her clients to develop sustainable nutrition and lifestyle habits tailored to their unique needs. She believes that lasting changes doesn't have to be overwhelming. With her expertise in medical nutrition therapy, Nicole also focuses on chronic disease prevention and management, helping clients lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.
